In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing new business opportunities, and driving the sales process for laboratory equipment and instruments. You will collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

Prior experience in B2B sales and/or services for capital equipment.Experience working with laboratory equipment and instruments.Or a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical field.Or formal training in sales (e.g., IHM Business School).Experience with business travel, including overnight stays.A valid driver’s license is required.

Skills & Competencies:

Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.Strong technical understanding of lab equipment or solid commercial sales experience, including quotations and negotiations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.Ability to work with complex technical solutions and commercially structured quotations.Strong business acumen and ability to drive long-term profitable customer relationships.Planning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to meet objectives and optimize sales processes.A proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.How You Will Thrive and Make an ImpactEngage with customers to understand their needs, conduct technical assessments, and demonstrate equipment benefits.Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding our market reach.Drive the sales process from initial discussions to quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales, from pricing strategies to customer service and technical support.Stay up to date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Represent our company professionally, ensuring compliance with all policies, strategies, and industry regulations.
