The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products.
MACSE is the State-wide Procurement System used by the Department of Transportation.  The BRS Documentation for MACSE will be based on the existing front end upgrade and all necessary existing batch/online processes. The Business Requirements will document the Functional and Business Requirements for the re-write of the User front end.  The Applicant (working with a supervisor) must be able to understand the existing detailed design documents, review the underlying COBOL/NATURAL code as necessary, and meet with end users and deliver a resulting BRS documenting all of the user needs.
