Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesKey Purpose of the Role:Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments. Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers’ enquires. Provide sound consultation on MT’s product solution and application. Secure new customers in MNC/SME industries by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services. Expand market awareness of MT’s products & services and manage projects and relationships with customers .
Key Responsibility of the Role:1. Sales and MarketingManaging existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelinesQualifying database and updating CRMEstablishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedulesIdentifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirementsSupport Sales Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and managementProvide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers2. Technical Advisory and Product AdvocateResponsible for actively driving and managing project pipelinesProvide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT productsCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fieldsInteract with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate MT valued propositionsResponsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etcDevelop customer's staff by providing technical information and trainingConduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers3. Service Standards and Customer Relationship ManagementDetermine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or servicesPrepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documentsGain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvementsMaintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system
