Are you someone who can

Through Product design help deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers and stakeholder’s expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions. Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiency. Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives. Ability to analyse data for forecasting, budgeting and business case purposes. Excellent data analyzing skills which will be used to provide recommendation to product value propositions and decision-making. Enhancing and optimizing product development processes. Ability to manage the enablement of automated reporting and onboarding processes to platform capabilities. Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation. Initiate and manage market research to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.  Understand market trends that impact product performance to inform business requirements related to product design, pricing, and rewards. Gain a thorough understanding of product regulatory requirements to inform product development  Receive and analyze feedback from end users to improve product design. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions. Collaborate with key enablers FirstRand to ensure the product operates optimally. Cultivate and manage strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members. Assist in resolving product production incidents by confirming root cause and ensuring resolution by seeing through the incident from inception to closeout. Manage own development to increase competencies. 

Qualifications: 

Someone with a BSc in Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Science, BEng in Engineering, BCom in Economics and Statistics. Someone with minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Specialist.
