As a Product Specialist, you have the opportunity to design and sell countertops with top-of-the-line Laminate, Quartz and Solid Surface materials, as well as design and sell the best of the best with Mastercraft Exterior and Interior doors. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing personality to fill our open Product Specialist position. Primary Responsibilities + Increase sales of Mastercraft doors and CustomCraft countertops + Develop working relationships with contractors, businesses, and guests + Represent Mastercraft and CustomCraft at promotional show events + Develop and assist with training designed to increase knowledge and sales + Provide assistance to Menards stores/guests + Follow up on open estimates and quotes Skills/Requirements + Degree/experience in the following fields or equivalent store experience: + Business Administration/Management + Marketing + Construction + Countertop sales + Mastercraft sales + CAD + Exceptional guest service skills + Good computer skills + Able to manage multiple concurrent activities + Attention to Detail + Strong Self-Starter + Passion for sales a plus + Goal Oriented Apply To This Job
