Product Specialist - Dermatology

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for visiting doctors to promote specific dermatology products, disseminate product information, and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Follow all relevant sales procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

· Manage daily operations within the Sales function to maintain workflow continuity.

· Visit doctors in private clinics and hospitals daily to promote products, share product information, and communicate company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.

· Accurately record and update sales data in the CRM system daily for review by the Field Sales Supervisor.

· Coordinate and communicate regularly with sales representatives and the direct manager to meet sales objectives.

· Continuously acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to enhance sales performance.

· Adhere to all safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures, as well as the company’s code of conduct, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Experience:

1- 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology.
