About you

As CARSOME EV Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our electric vehicle sales and promoting and onboarding EV brands. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in the EV industry and social media marketing experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in educating customers about our EV offerings, engaging with prospects on various platforms, and achieving sales targets.

Your Day-to-Day

Serve as the subject matter expert on all EV products in our portfolio, including NETA and any future EV brands we onboard.Attend to customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives, to educate potential buyers and convert leads into sales.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the EV industry.Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and others to promote our EV offerings and engage with a broader audience.Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased visibility and sales.Provide insights and feedback to the Management and marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on company products, sales techniques, and industry developments.Provide CARSOME Consultant with in-depth knowledge about electric vehicles, including benefits, features, and performance.

Your Know-How

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, with a proven track record in EV sales.Experience in social media marketing, including content creation, live sessions, and advertising on platforms like Facebook and TikTok.Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, including technical aspects, market trends, and customer preferences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
