ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to understand their needs and successfully implement tailored solutions.Provide outstanding technical and scientific support to the Sales team, including conducting in-depth product demonstrations.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement flawless promotional strategies for our product lines.Supervise market trends, determine opportunities and threats, and provide informative data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Conduct technical trainings and speeches at customer sites, congresses, seminars, workshops, and our customer experience center.Analyze sales results and market trends to help the Sales team build a strong sales funnel.Partner with various functional areas such as Service and Support, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cell Biology and Protein Analysis to provide world-class support and maintain a competitive position.ProficienciesIn-depth technical expertise in Cell Culture, Gene Editing, Protein Expression Systems, Western Blotting, ELISA, and Flow Cytometry-based immunoassays.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address customer needs with precision.Proven track record working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong market knowledge, including key players, trends, and the competitive landscape.Experience managing sales tools such as CRM systems.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Master's or PhD is required.Strong background in Cell Biology and Protein Analysis.Proven experience in the life sciences field, with 2-3 years of experience in both academia and industry.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel as needed, with 50-70% travel availability.Analytical skillsEffective CommunicationSalesForce
