Here is how this role will be critical to our business:
Develop Strategy and shape product Portfolio for a given set of crops/geography to meet customer segment needsDefine local target Product Profile, leading product decisions including m,arket positioning and overall product life cycle management including portfolio shape.Planning trials: define the standard varieties, trial seeds allocation and standard key traits for evaluation of the PLC 6 trialsInputs Seeds Production needs of PLC 5 to 6 & 6 to 7 for the territoryConsolidates CU or Territory Trial reports (PLC6) to support advancement decision and promotional activitiesDefine and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy and plans with the customer experience campaignsDrive variety naming and activate registration/ IP protecting including trialsAssess value traits & positioning, proposing pricingProvide strategic inputs to RCL by maintaining an in depth understanding of the changing market trends, values, value chain needs including competitors landscapeUpdate Customer needs and preferences, to support analysis of portfolio health, update of TPP and prioritize segments/target/market scopeGive technical support to key producersAt Syngenta we are focused on talent - we look for committed, collaborative professionals with excellence in execution. It is indispensable for this position:
Professional graduated of: Agronomy or related.
Advanced English level
Experience in vegetable business Experience
Proven experience in the design and execution of portfolio strategies
Experience with digital personalization
