As a Product Stewardship Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on product stewardship, product regulations, packaging technology, and label artwork. These teams support domestic and global affiliate businesses and operate within a highly regulated environment.
**As a Product Stewardship Manager - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by...**
+ Leading teams focused on supporting regulatory compliance, which Includes providing expertise, guidance and training and managing associated programs. Additionally, via SAP controls, supporting compliance with global and domestic trade controls, and appropriate material movements.
+ Leading the packaging technology team who is responsible for the design, testing, qualification and cost optimization of packaging designed for domestic and exported products. Additionally packaging line and equipment support is provided to production sites
+ Leading the Label Artwork team who provides custom, non-SAP container and secondary labeling for US and affiliate products. Artworking layout review and approvals are coordinated, and the management of label artwork is administered.
+ Leading and developing direct reports in meeting performance, developmental & organizational objectives. Developing and report on team’s KPIs
+ Serving as the North American point of contact for escalating compliance issues. Guiding the data collection process, supports development of corrective actions with stakeholders, and coordinates responses with Senior Leadership
**If you...**
+ BS Degree, preferably in the Sciences, Engineering or a technical focused area. A MS Degree is preferred
+ 10+ years of experience working in Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance or other related areas
+ Experience of working in a regulated environment, and knowledge of associated regulations such as: FIFRA, GHS, OSHA, RCMS, DOT is preferred
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work comfortably across different levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to effectively manage, mentor and develop a diverse team of professionals.
+ A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to collectively achieving team goals.
+ Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing AI technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making.
