Additionally, via SAP controls, supporting compliance with global and domestic trade controls, and appropriate material movements. + Leading the packaging technology team who is responsible for the design, testing, qualification and cost optimization of packaging designed for domestic and exported products. Additionally packaging line and equipment support is provided to production sites + Leading the Label Artwork team who provides custom, non-SAP container and secondary labeling for US and affiliate products. Artworking layout review and approvals are coordinated, and the management of label artwork is administered. + Leading and developing direct reports in meeting performance, developmental & organizational objectives. Developing and report on team’s KPIs + Serving as the North American point of contact for escalating compliance issues.
