DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product & Data Strategy Intern you will lead key initiatives which support Spectrum Reach’s ability to use its technology, data and ad inventory in new and innovative ways within the advertising space. If you are an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about market research, data analysis and product development, and excited to be part of an agile team that thrives on innovation, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Leverage a broad range of methods, while collaborating closely with Spectrum Reach’s Product Strategy and Product Development teams, to conduct product, market and competitive research and generate impactful insights that drive design, development, and business decisionsTranslate needs and business requirements into tactical plans. Lead and successfully implement plans through strong collaboration and leadershipDesign and coordinate research surveys, experiments and interviews. Support the evolution and utilization of Spectrum Reach’s competitive labProcess, clean, and analyze data. Perform statistical analyses and derive meaningful conclusions and business recommendationsVisualize information using a variety of tools, ensuring that each output is compelling and can be easily understoodPresent findings and recommendations to leadershipAssess internal tooling and process optimization needs for our teams and identify opportunities to scale the impact of our research insightsQUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrable interest in advertising, media research and technology advancementsSolid understanding of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, data visualization, and relevant data toolsFamiliarity with qualitative user research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, task analysis) and experimental designExperienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau, SQL and Microsoft Forms experience desirableStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; works effectively with all staff levelsStrong project management, organization and leadership skillsCreative problem solver with ability to take initiative and make sound judgmentAble to work with moderate supervision and change direction quickly, while meeting deadlinesGGN100 2025-47321 2025
