Working collaboratively with team members to support various initiatives and capabilities for Sales and Account leaders in our regions: - Conduct scheduled and ad hoc data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to local market dynamics, membership trends, competitive threats -Perform project management functions including planning, organizing, and directing work -Assess products and benefits to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements -Help identify potential solutions and offer recommendations to solve business problems -Create documentation, develop collateral, and author PowerPoint presentations -Provide product-related support to sales and account management teams through use of various systems related to quoting, selling and implementation of products and programs -Assist with development of reference and/or training materials **Required Qualifications** - Minimum 3+ years' experience working in health care benefits, plan design, administration, or related field - Experience identifying opportunities and developing solutions for business problems - Experience interpreting data to tell a story or answer questions - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems **Preferred Qualifications** - Project Management - Experience with AI tools & capabilities **Education** bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
