**Position Summary**
This position is responsible for providing project support, insights, and analytics for implementation and management of commercial product solutions in local markets.
Working collaboratively with team members to support various initiatives and capabilities for Sales and Account leaders in our regions:
- Conduct scheduled and ad hoc data analysis and reporting, including but not limited to local market dynamics, membership trends, competitive threats
-Perform project management functions including planning, organizing, and directing work
-Assess products and benefits to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
-Help identify potential solutions and offer recommendations to solve business problems
-Create documentation, develop collateral, and author PowerPoint presentations
-Provide product-related support to sales and account management teams through use of various systems related to quoting, selling and implementation of products and programs
-Assist with development of reference and/or training materials
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 3+ years' experience working in health care benefits, plan design, administration, or related field
- Experience identifying opportunities and developing solutions for business problems
- Experience interpreting data to tell a story or answer questions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business problems
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Project Management
- Experience with AI tools & capabilities
**Education**
bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
