**Job Summary**
As the Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our development and production environments. You will provide hands-on support, manage changes, oversee releases, and ensure that our systems operate efficiently and effectively to support our business objectives.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Production Support Analyst** to manage the day-to-day operations of our development and production environments **.** This position will be **full-time** and **onsite.**

**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide technical support for development and production environments, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner
+ Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth deployment of software updates and new features
+ Implement and oversee change management processes, ensuring that changes are properly documented, tested, and approved before deployment
+ Manage the release process, including scheduling, coordination, and communication of releases to minimize impact on ongoing operations
+ Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime
+ Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
+ Participate in the creation and testing of disaster recovery plans
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and performance
+ Provide off-hours support as needed for critical production issues and releases
+ Configure and customize Salesforce instances to meet specific business needs and optimize user experience
+ Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize workflows
+ Guide and train Salesforce admins to reach new levels of expertise
**What You’ll Need**
Required:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support, change management, or a related field
+ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes
+ Possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform, functionality, and best practices
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
+ Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
