Product Support Analyst Intern - Spring and Summer 2025 Job Category: Intern/Co-op Time Type: Part time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Part-Time On-Call Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking a Spring and Summer intern for an opportunity to witness first-hand the workings of a major NAVSEA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program by working with a Logistics organization in the production of a Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ship. You will work directly with Senior department leadership, the PAPM, Deputy PAPM, Senior Advisor, and Senior Leads in three functional Logistics areas, in accomplishment of daily tasks identified below focused on ensuring products are timely and accurately executed. There will be significant meeting involvement to ensure that presentations are well prepared and refined to the satisfaction of the customer, and to facilitate conference and meeting, A/V execution. You will be provided training in all areas you will be expected to support. Working as a team is emphasized and you will be expected to communicate effectively both orally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external team members. This position will be based in Washington, DC, and will follow a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days of remote work each week. **Responsibilities:** + Complete routine Action item reviews by working with Logistics SMEs then providing current statuses for Operations Team weekly meetings + Assist in preparing and editing briefs for initial and final versions for PAPM review and approval + Maintain the PAPM’s Logistics SharePoint site that primarily includes key program Briefs, Correspondence, and Plans + Work within an Operations Team tracker to label, sort, and categorize incoming and outgoing letters + Prepares official logistics correspondence upon request of the PAPM and ensures that the content is agreed to by the foreign customer and foreign disclosure representatives before release + Receive inputs from SMEs for completion of monthly metrics and drumbeat slides for logistics monthly reports + Run /backup A/V support for recurring and major logistics meetings, and undertake conference responsibilities for the department + Take meeting minutes/Action Items & summarize key topics for meeting hotwashes + Assist Operations Team in tracking current information for leadership including phone numbers, IDE access, CACs, Passports and VISAs for international travel + Support the PAPM as needed on local travel, upon request + Assist in performing ad-hoc tasks as requested by the PAPM/DPAPM/APM **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Possess strong oral and written communication skills + Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel + Ability to learn and comprehend quickly + Prior work experience or internships a plus + Must be a team-player, detail oriented, and self-motivated + Candidate should be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program or a recent (within in the last 12 months) graduate + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future _Desired:_ + A/V and IT background + Familiarity with DoD (Navy preferred but not required) - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
