Job Summary

Global Service is a part of the Americas Distribution & Services.  A primary role of ADSD is to support and enhance Caterpillar’s dealer network, which is a competitive strength and the critical way in which we serve our customers.

The Senior Product Support Consultant/Contamination Control position works with worldwide dealers, product centers and marketing companies to maximize participation in global dealer service operations functions and support performance improvements. This position will own the execution of the corporate Contamination Control (CC) program for both dealers and customers.

The position includes delivering CC Certification Training to dealer and Caterpillar personnel. You will maintain the Cat Inspect Analysis (CIA) and Power BI tools for dealer reports and metrics. The CC guidebook, scoring calculators and overall program development and execution are included in this role along with maintaining and administering the CC website and CC SharePoint site. Working with the regions to determine training locations and timing is required. You will work with the CC program owner to determine future strategy and direction of CC and its integration into dealer service operations.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. ISE will not be considered.

This position will require up to 50% of working time travel, both domestic and international.

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Skills):
•    College degree or equivalent marketing/product experience
•    Industry, product and/or field experience; or equivalent experience
•    Understanding of heavy equipment repair shop processes
•    Previous experience with project management

•    Experience in data analysis
•    Experience working internationally or working with teams internationally

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
