This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates who can provide onsite support at a Belcan office to enhance team collaboration. In this role, you will be a key team member responsible for projects related to airframe inspection criteria and generating inspection documentation. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of Maintenance Steering Group 3 (MSG-3) contractual requirements and experience with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) maintenance. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate within a team of Maintenance Engineers to execute MSG-3 analysis for Structures, Systems, and Zonal Analysis. * Analyze complex engineering designs and design changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements, procedures, and instructions. * Influence product definition, design, and configuration to ensure optimal maintainability. * Evaluate engineering changes based on customer requirements, propose program changes, and oversee implementation. * Analyze maintenance and operational data to develop and support flight operation and maintenance equipment requirements. * Define, evaluate, and maintain engineering supportability, maintainability, and operability requirements for aerospace products and systems. * Participate in or lead virtual working group meetings to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering/Technology). * Familiarity with the concepts of MSG-3 contractual requirements or equivalent airframe maintenance experience. * 1 to 2 years of experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * 1 to 2 years of experience in understanding technical manuals such as: o Commercial Maintenance Manuals o Military Technical Orders o Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) o Aircraft Maintenance Manuals * Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.
