Boeing Global Services is hiring a KC-46 Base Manager to support the efforts at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire. Manager shall provide on-site leadership in support of problem identification and resolution to support the Operational Customers. This position reports to the KC-46 Field Services Senior Manager, as part of Global Technical Operations and & Execution Field Operations capability. As the base manager, responsibilities will include direct oversight of the Field Service and Logistics Service Representatives.  This position will also have indirect oversight of other on-site capabilities at Pease Air National Guard Base, including KC-46 Field Maintenance Team.  Position is at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working with U.S. Government customers

1+ years of experience in leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

Large Aircraft experience (e.g. C-17, P-8, KC-46)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in management, leadership and business operations

Master’s Degree or equivalent leadership experience

Summary pay range: $107,950 – $146,050
