Contract position$30.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)Provides advanced product and customer support or training for products, services, and initiatives while driving reliability and serviceability improvementsResolves advanced product problems, researches solutions, and develops new ones, coaching channel partners on problem resolution tools and self-sufficiency.Participates in Product Improvement Programs (PIPs), Product Development Programs (PDPs), and field programs for product non-conformance or safety.Travels to collect failure data, assist in product testing, provide problem resolution, or gather market intelligence and competitive comparisons.Develops and delivers technical training, promotional/marketing materials, and supports Marketing and Product Support at events or through parts and service program initiatives.Product Support Representative Qualifications:
Demonstrated professional communication skills with proven results both written and oral.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with metric-driven results.Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning with the ability to understand complex systems.Proven ability to work collaboratively both in person and virtually.Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain a positive outlook within a fast-paced work environment.
