About the Role\: 

As a Product Support Representative, your primary focus will be supporting the administration of our 3D Sprint software licensing system. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, previous customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and projects a cooperative and positive attitude towards customers, team members and company. 

 

 

What You'll Do\:

Interact with customers via email and inbound telephone calls Aid in troubleshooting 3D Sprint licensing issues for end users and 3D Systems Partners supporting their customers Use Salesforce CRM to ensure company records are up to date and accurate Record customer interactions, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken to resolve problems thoroughly and accurately in Salesforce CRM

High School Diploma 1 to 2 years’ related customer service experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software Phone & Email System experience Ability to understand and articulate knowledge of company’s products with customers Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
