We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and willing-to-learn person to join us as a Product Support Representative to provide exceptional support for our Treasury Management System. Your responsibilities will include providing in-depth product support to FIS clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of treasury operations and financial systems, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing:

Provide expert support to clients using the Treasury Management System, addressing inquiries related to cash management, dealing, and system configuration.

Assist customers in resolving issues related to system functionality, integration with other software, and performance optimization.

Handle customer inquiries related to account setups, payments, and transactional workflows within the TMS.

Troubleshoot functional problems, including software issues, data discrepancies, and system errors, and recommend corrective actions to clients.

Collaborate with product teams to document recurring issues and support the development of new features or improvements for the TMS.

Educate clients on TMS functionalities, updates, and best practices to ensure effective utilization of the system.

What you will need:

Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems or related software is a strong advantage.

Prior experience in banking, finance, or cash management is preferred.

Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve technical and operational issues.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical/functional concepts clearly to clients.

Familiarity with FIS products and services is a plus.
