The iPhone/iPad Systems QA team is seeking an enthusiastic intern to work with us on developing systematic tools and algorithm for hardware centric system features and scenario validation. Candidates with good software programming expertise is the requirement, especially the project experience of computer vision, deep learning will be good plus, some level of system hardware engineering knowledge is nice to have.DescriptionDescriptionIn this position, you will have an opportunity to work with iPhone/iPad Systems QA on developing systematic tools with physical automation and deep learning models for failure mode analysis with an emphasis on hardware-centric software risks for new and shipping products. The ideal candidate is passionate about Apple products, technologies and is open to the possibility of being pushed outside of his or her comfort zone. To be successful in this position, you must be able to show initiative, learn new technologies quickly, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be self-driven and prepared to work independently. - Design and develop systematic tools/algorithm with physical automation and software framework for top system feature and scenarios validation like Camera, Display. - Collaborate with cross functional teams on improving productivity of automation solution. - Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document issues found, and see issues to closure.
