As a Product Technician Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a technician group across all production areas. Your leadership skills will be crucial to their professional development. Product technicians support centrally product non-conformance, assembly tool management, production associate training/certs, and participate in engineering process improving projects. You will be instrumental on leading this group to support areas to success like, but not limited to; SAP QN management, SAP Disposition area inventory controls, Assembly tools preventive maintenance programs, production associate job training and certification coordination, Rework/Teardown process and tooling development, Product failure analysis (RCCA), and EWR product sampling build management. What You Will Do:

Possess a sufficient depth and diversity of skills to support programs., such as gyroscope and smart inertial assemblies, RCCA, ERP experience such as SAP/Oracle, etc., industrial relations, and overall task coordination skills in a high paced environmentSet day-to-day operational objectives for teamEnsure practices and procedures are followed by direct reportsEnsure assembly operations readiness and flawless execution of product build, tests, teardowns, and inspectionsInterface with multiple engineering and operations cross functional teamProvide and designate technical support, troubleshooting, and daily executing build and teardown requirementsCoordinate readiness to expand their technical knowledge beyond assembly to support Operations and Engineering in all phases: Producibility, Efficiently, Excellence, Quality and CommitmentDevelop and coordinate electro-mechanical troubleshooting excellenceOrganize support for electrical/electronic documentation changesBecome a certified CORE Champion, practice, and teach CORE methodsDevelop weekly technical update reports for significant and critical activities from designated projects

What You Will Learn:

Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Six Sigma/ACE/CORE Troubleshooting and Continuous Improvement experience

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
