Product Training Specialist

Description

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Successful candidate will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for

airborne and ground-based systems. This position requires attention to detail and follow-up on all

delegated assignments.

Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define

the priorities for curriculum/courseware development and to coordinate completion with product

release dates. Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans from engineering

documentation, field service requirements and vendor spec sheets. Create course materials that

ensure participants have a solid understanding of the systems, and the skills needed to operate or

maintain their systems in their day-to-day responsibilities. Must be able to deliver course materials

in a formal classroom setting, trainer/simulator environment, or on aircraft.

Essential Functions:

Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more

programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with

the PMO and customer.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.

Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of

approaches and routines being utilized. Problems are typically solved through advanced

education or past experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop and deliver complex topics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $49.00
