Product Training Specialist Associate

We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.** Job Description In your new role as Training Associate you will be to assist with conducting customer technical training needs including determination of appropriate training content. This role will use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, and update training materials for customer training. **YOUR IMPACT** + Assist in leading technical instruction, both presentation based and hands on, to an audience of customers on various vehicle platforms. + Assist in the curriculum development of course content by providing technical support and vehicle knowledge. + Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses. + Provide feedback from customers on course content and vehicle support. + Assist in training material updates by providing technical and procedural change information necessary to maintain currency of course materials. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + High School Diploma or its equivalent. + Experience in heavy truck operation and maintenance. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to travel 20%. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS** + Technical and mechanical aptitude. + Knowledge and experience with JLG specific machines. + Understanding of access industry standards. + Experience conducting training to a variety of audiences. + ASE Certification **WHY OSHKOSH?** Moving the future forward is our priority and this includes your future. We are better together.** **Pay Range:** $56,600.00 - $88,400.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
