Position Overview

NI is looking for designers who are passionate about user interfaces, creativity and pixel-precise detail. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent design intuition, a passion for crafting exquisitely detailed designs, and a proficient understanding of how visual design translates to the screen. Visual Designers are responsible for a range of deliverables including conceptual designs, production level graphics, and iconography for desktop PC, Mac, and mobile platforms. 

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator · Illustration competence · A portfolio in iconography · Comprehensive design and image building skills · The ability to visually analyze form and simplify into appealing visual concepts · Ability to effectively handle time across multiple projects and multiple teams · Strong communication skills (both oral and written)·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Sketching/Painting capabilities · At least 1 year of experience crafting applications for desktop, web, or touch · Familiarity with informative, scientific, technical, or engineering products · Experience with XAML and WPF
