Product Validation Technician
Job Title: Product Validation Technician Job Description The Product Validation Technician executes validations of products from the user’s perspective and reports the results. They may be involved in the planning of validations. The Product Validation Technician identifies product performance problems and participates in the analysis of those problems with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities + Execute validations of products from the user's perspective. + Report validation results accurately and comprehensively. + Participate in the planning of validations as needed. + Identify product performance issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve product performance problems. Essential Skills + Experience with test plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Knowledge of laboratory practices. + Background in Engineering or Biology. + Bachelor's Degree in Science, preferably Microbiology or Biology. + 2 years of experience in a clinical or industry laboratory setting. + Experience handling samples in a clinical lab setting. + Experience following SOPs and documenting findings. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Biomedical Engineering experience with lab experience is also acceptable. Work Environment This role is based in a clinical lab setting, working with a small team to simulate customer conditions and scenarios.
