We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pallet/Crate Builder to join our team in Kent, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing pallets and crates, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with various hand and power tools and a keen eye for accuracy. **Location:** Kent, WA **Pay:** $18 - $20 per hour (depending on experience) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM **Responsibilities:** + Build pallets and crates using wood, securing boards with a nail gun and assembling hardware on locking crates + Glue foam inserts into crates and pallets for cushioning + Use tools such as nail guns, drills, hammers, Sawzall, and pneumatic staple guns + Measure cuts accurately to 1/8 inch and read tape measures to 1/16 inch + Follow SOPs, document cut sheet errors, apply adhesives, and assemble crate tops and bottoms with a 20lb nail gun **Requirements:** + Must have steel-toe boots and a safety vest + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
