**Job Title: Can Line Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Can Line Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work on their feet all day, be comfortable operating a forklift, and have experience in a manufacturing setting. As a Can Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed throughout the production shift. + Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available. + Visually inspect production run and document results. + Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. + Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area. + Float between and work on multiple production lines at a time. + Conduct quality reviews of equipment to maintain safety and performance standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. + Ability to operate machinery in a fast-paced setting. + Attention to detail. + Comfortability on a forklift. + Ability to be on feet all day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required. + Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment. + Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision. + Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Must be comfortable wearing hair nets and beard nets if applicable. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage with three medical options, dental, and vision. The facility operates with advanced production equipment, including conveyor belts and forklifts. Employees should be aware of the dress code, which prohibits facial jewelry, watches, rings with gems (plain bands are acceptable), and clothing with snaps on sweatshirts. Shifts available are Day Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), and Grave Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
