This role involves safely operating a tugger to move items between workstations while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules, perform routine equipment checks, and assist with inventory management.  Responsibilities:Safely operate a tugger to move materials, components, and parts to different areas of the production lineEfficiently load and unload parts, supplies, and equipment onto the tugger, ensuring proper placement to avoid damageProvide support in maintaining an efficient production line by ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedulesKeep track of inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items to the appropriate department to maintain production flow Qualifications and Requirements:6 months-1 year of production experience preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks during an 8–10-hour shiftMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Benefits and Perks:$13.00 per hourMedical Benefits Holidays: Paid holidays (if applicable)Training & Growth Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
