You will be responsible for operating any packaging line within the facility, by utilizing packaging equipment and maintaining required documentation; includes organizing, directing, and leading a team of operators. Skills and Abilities: * Ability to direct employees assigned to line, including position rotation and exercises * Basic mathematical skills * Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship when working with others in the organization * Ability to work on all production lines within the facility * Legible handwriting * Ability to document and complete job tasks with accuracy Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate assigned packaging equipment which may include automatic and semi-automatic equipment such as fillers, pluggers, cappers, cartoners, case sealers, wrappers, baggers, rotary die, equipment, labelers, and related equipment. * The operation of this equipment includes responsibility for safe and effective performance of the equipment to assure acceptable quality products.
