**Job Title: Production Worker - Precast Concrete** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team in a general precast construction environment. This role involves stripping and preparing cured walls from forms, loading panels onto A-Frames, and ensuring safe and timely operations. **Responsibilities** + Physically open forms to allow panel removal. + Operate or assist in the operation of an overhead crane for panel positioning. + Set up and position A-Frame for loading process. + Climb onto panels to hook up and unhook chains once staged. + Operate a forklift as needed. + Communicate with team members to ensure safety and coordination. + Perform and document inspection of panels. + Ensure panels are marked accurately. + Handle inventory control. + Assist in loading, receiving, and other tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. + Willingness to work in a team environment. + Ability to cross-train in different areas. **Why Work Here?** This is a solid company that appreciates its workers and offers opportunities for temp-to-hire. The workspace is fairly clean and neat but can be dirty and involve heavy lifting up to 60 pounds. Repetitive raking or floating concrete panels is part of the position. The building is not climate controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cool in the winter.
