**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our team at a chemical re-packaging facility where we take in bulk chemicals, both liquid and powder, and repackage them into smaller packages as per client requests. This role involves operating bottling and packaging equipment, extensive manual labor, and requires a commitment to detailed and structured documentation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate bottling and packaging equipment
+ Document all processes and ensure compliance with GMP protocols
+ Perform assembly, production, and inspection tasks
+ Utilize forklifts for material handling
+ Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
+ Adhere to safety protocols and wear prescribed PPE
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and write English
+ Strong manual labor skills
+ Experience in assembly, production, and operating machinery
+ Forklift operation experience
+ Ability to lift 40-75 lbs
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED (preferred for some departments)
+ Good tenure (1 year) or extended tenure in previous roles

**Work Environment**
The facility is temperature controlled, although some departments require full clean room attire, including beard nets, hair nets, smocks, and shoe covers. Clean room attire can get hot, but ensures a safe and compliant work environment. PPE such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required; prescription safety glasses must be provided by the contractor if needed. Shift options include 4x10s Monday-Thursday on 1st and 2nd shifts, 2x2x3 12-hour shifts, and a weekend shift (1st shift only) from 6am-6pm Friday-Sunday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, Kentucky.

The pay range for this position is $21.06 - $21.06
