**Production Associate** Currently hiring a Production Associate in the Joliet, IL area. Hiring immediately. **Shift:** 1st shift. Monday - Friday 6AM-2:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM **Job Description:** + Transfer chemicals using pumps and hoses + Operate sit-down forklift to move totes and drums + Manually handle totes of chemicals (about 35 pounds) + Verify product documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments + Label drums and totes accurately + Perform consistent heavy lifting + Drive Spotter truck to move containers around the property + Maintain and clean the work area + Experience with production machinery such as valves and pumps + Previous heavy lifting and material loading/unloading experience + Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts or clamp trucks **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience with tank loading and fluid transfer + Ability to work with hoses, railcars, and tank loaders + Comfortable working indoors and outdoors (50% of the time outside) **Work Environment:** Our company is a full-service chemical storage, handling, and distribution logistics company. The work environment is very heavy-duty and industrial, involving close proximity to hazardous chemicals. We are a non-union company with roughly 100 employees. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, as 50% of their day could be outside. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
