**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team at a chemical re-packaging facility where you will be responsible for repackaging bulk chemicals into smaller packages based on client requests. This role involves extensive manual labor and requires adherence to strict documentation and safety protocols. **Responsibilities** + Operate and document the use of bottling and packaging equipment. + Perform assembly and production tasks. + Operate machinery and forklifts. + Inspect products for quality assurance. + Adhere to protocols and maintain a clean room environment. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write English. + Capability to lift 40-75 lbs. + Good tenure in previous roles (minimum 1 year). + Compliance with strict documentation requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED (required for some departments, preferred for others). + Experience in assembly, production, and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** Our company boasts a very low turnover rate, offering stability and a supportive work environment. Shifts available include 4x10s Monday to Thursday (1st and 2nd shift), 2x2x3 12-hour shifts, and weekend shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM Friday to Sunday. There is no shift premium. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.06 - $21.06/hr.
