Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation: $72/hourLocation: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 2-3 monthsWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours +
Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO  Responsibilities Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutionsConducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the resultsRecommends process improvements and alternative solutionsAssists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projectsFacilitates change management efforts associated with projectMay write and maintain user documentationPosition will receive direction and supportMinimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the positionBusiness Analyst on Expert Level, could be described also as Business Analyst Professional, he or she might be taking care of complex scoping issues, perform project estimation, make recommendation for requirements approach, understand and manage principles of business strategies, etc Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred3 to 8 years production experience preferred Oil/gas experience requiredExcellent professional verbal and written communication skillsStrong production accounting experience. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-taskStrong technical skills required for analysis, interpretation and applying informationWork well in team environmentStrong computer skills to include MS Office Suite of products, Visio and presentation skills, process mapping, multiple spreadsheet applications and ProCount, Carte, JOYN, eVIN systems along with government agency systems, NM and TXIn person work preferred but will entertain remote candidates
