Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Production Administration Coordinator in Davis, CA. This Production Administration Coordinator position is responsible for contract/procurement support to contract entry, maintenance, compliance monitoring and payment process for production contracts within an office environment. Responsibilities for Production Administration Coordinator include but are not limited to: · Contract entry into JDE, maintenance and printing of contracts · Monitor phytosanitary requirements and ensure proper listing on contract addendums · Update monthly crop estimates and estimated delivery date in JDE · Coordinate inspection data into JDE and scan domestic PQ’s into share drive for domestic crops · Prepare, gather and maintain required data for state regulatory reporting and quarterly commodity taxes as required · Process requests for tag/load sheet printing for field personnel · Printing all STS usage reports for domestic production · Monitor lots for contract compliance in regard to quality requirements · Process grower/vendor settlements Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Production Administration Coordinator: · Strong desire to learn something new · Strong ability to multitask and deal with changing priorities · Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook · Keyboarding and 10 key by touch · Experience with JD Edwards, or other ERP system · Bilingual is desirable – Spanish and/or French What's in this for you? · Pay rate - $22.00 per hour · Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week · Comprehensive benefits after 1 week – medical, dental, vision, options available Click on “Apply Now” to be considered for this Production Administration Coordinator position in Davis, CA! **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
