**Production Administrator - Career Opportunity - San Diego, CA**
**Job Description**
+ As a Production Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting various administrative functions.
+ Your responsibilities will include submitting timecards, assisting different departments with data entry and filing, answering phones, and maintaining visitor logs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with submitting timecards.
+ Support various departments with data entry and filing.
+ Answer phones and direct calls to designated departments.
+ Maintain records of visitor logs and badges.
+ Monitor stock of supply room and assist with purchasing office supplies.
+ Submit conditions found reports (CFRs), Daily Condition Reports (DCRs), and financial dashboard reports (data entry/report pulling).
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Professional demeanor.
+ Great interpersonal communication.
**Work Environment**
+ This is an in-person position Monday - Friday.
+ Schedule - 1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
**Job Type & Location**
+ This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
