Our client, an industry leader in the financial space, is looking to hire a Production and Fulfillment Coordinator on a long-term contract basis.
This will be a hybrid role based out of their Boston, MA office and will be 6 months to start with strong potential to extend!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day administration of literature items with literature fulfillment vendors including item set up, monitoring literature orders, responding to inquiries, monitoring inventory levels, and reviewing reports to ensure the delivery of compliant material.Provide consultation to all marketing groups and internal business partners to assist in successfully executing projects and campaigns. Ensure that all proper item information is accurately provided.Monitor all service levels and quickly respond to any issues that arise. Work closely shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.Responsible for organizing and maintaining of external vendor portal. Ensure that all item information is correct, current, properly categorized and provides comprehensive guidance for all items.Ensures that all materials are delivered in a timely manner to meet our requirements.Manage various marketing programsManage the event hardware program with external vendors. Provide comprehensive coordination of banners, booths and signage with internal events team, sales support and marketing.Provide adequate backup to print production. Have a full understanding of print production process, vendor management, SLA's, digital print and commercial print.Uphold publishing quality standards to ensure consistent and timely dissemination of content to internal and external environments.Work closely with the publishing and digital teams to help develop workflow and taxonomy.
PDF CONTENT PUBLISHING:
Perform any necessary technical data check rules, to verify that all publishing efforts incorporate defined quality controls and procedures.Participate in site(s) maintenance and troubleshooting efforts including general updates, when needed. Proactively investigate and troubleshoot content and platform related issues and coordinate necessary actions for timely resolution as needed.Perform other duties as necessary to support global marketing and distribution goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or related experience.Superior organizational and project management ability; attention to detailStrong problem solvingAbility to work well independently, under pressure and with strong decisions making abilityStrong written and oral communications skillsFamiliarity with content management systems (i.e.: AEM) is a plus
