Reimagine What’s Possible 

The position is report to ID Operations Manager and based in Cikarang ASU. In overall, the position will working closely with ASU's Plant Managers and Operators in monitoring several Key Plant Parameters such as Cooler Approach Temperature, Spec Power, and balancing the production mode to produce the lowest cost possible to serve for overall ID business. By monitoring the data and comparing with desire value or target, the position should make analysis and come up with any recommendation or follow up action to close any deficiencies or gaps. The recommendation then should be discussed with appropriate Plant Team members to get their inputs before decision is being made and carry forward for execution phase. The position also need to do re-evaluation again whether the corrective action has been executed efficiently or not.

This position has no direct report, but need to have good coordination with his/her peers such as Plant Production Supervisors, Maintenance and Demand Planner and Plant Technical Solutions (PTS) team
