How your typical day would go: + Lead manufacturing team + Efficient decision making based on department KPIs + Drive for continuous improvement at all key deliverables by making the team succesful + Be an active member of the business planning as member of the extended management team + Create the environment of a safe and high-quality operation at his/her dedicated area + Operates the fundamental systems of EHS, QA and Lean + Communicate the goals and results and involve all employees to the continuous improvement activities + Foster talents, energize tream work and collaborative business enviroment + Collaborate with otrher departments and locations to deliver business result by implement best practices + Engage and align people for the business goals We will like you if you have: + Engineering Bachelor degree or higher qualifications + Experience in manufacturing environment (Minimum 3-5 years) + Fluent English + Ambition for continuous self-development + Ability to evaluate numbers in a systematic view + Situational leadership + Initiatives, Self-confidence, result orientation + Energized to accomplish business result with the team + Ability to energize others + Ability to coach and improve others + Excellent communication skills + Good planning and organizational skills
