Monday-Wednesday (Days) - 7 am to 7 pm Climate Controlled Facility! Paid Weekly, starting at $13.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY An Assembler works as an effective member of a team to assemble product in a timely manner according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines to produce quality products. This position requires the ability to complete routine operations on a continual basis. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Perform a specific step of the assembly process as part of a team, according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and training to produce quality product. + Inspect the quality of the materials and work in process. + Produce product in a timely manner as outlined by department supervision and management. + Operate any equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. needed to perform the assigned job. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required. AUTHORITY + Request necessary supplies and resources required to complete the jobs assigned. + Alert supervision of problems with materials, tools, fixtures, machinery, etc. + Suggest improved or alternate methods of assembling product. Experience and Skills: QUALIFICATIONS + Able to perform routine tasks on a continuing basis. + Able to correctly use required tools, fixtures, machines, etc. involved in the assembly process. + Able to correctly assemble according to instructions, engineering drawings, and training. + Able to recognize quality problems with materials and work in process. + Able to complete an assembly step in a timely manner as outlined by department supervision and management. + Good work attendance and dependability. + Able to communicate and work with others as a team. + If working nights or shifts with minimal supervision, must pass a criminal background check.
