**Production Assembly Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembly Worker to join our team. You will be working in an assembly line process to perform one or more tasks in creating a cord set with a plug. **Responsibilities** + Cut wires to length using a tape measure. + Stage cords on a tow line for subsequent process steps. + Use a variety of tools to strip insulation from the tip of the wire. + Crimp on copper or other types of connectors. + Place ends of wire into a jig to insert in a molding machine to install the plug on the end of the wire. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, general production, and packaging. + Proficiency in using hand tools and reading a tape measure. + Ability to operate a forklift and handle material. + Experience with RF scanners and inventory management. + Basic math and documentation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior forklift experience is required. + Familiarity with computers. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, though this is very infrequent. **Why Work Here?** We offer a good culture and steady work in a supportive environment.
