**Now Hiring: Production Assemblers** **Job Description** + Seeking qualified candidates with previous manufacturing, industrial, assembly, or construction experience. + Open to varying levels of experience, candidate should consider themselves as mechanically inclined and have a strong wiliness to learn new skills. + Will be working in the molds and waxing department assembling wax molds to make various versions of products + Lift various items intermittently, with assistance provided for weights exceeding 35 pounds. + Operate computer equipment and precision measuring instruments. + Clean work areas and maintain a clean work environment + Assemble wax patterns using various skills outlined below. + Refer to work instructions, identification, and machine stock areas to prevent under or overworking patterns. + Perform Apply, Rub Down, Final Assembly processes. + Apply wax to acceptable Product Criteria limits. + Inspect items before moving them forward **Shift:** + **Currently Hiring for Weekend Shifts:** Friday – Sunday + Days, 6:00am – 6:00pm (paid out for 40 hours) + Nights, 6:00pm – 6:00am (paid out for 40 hours) + Able to work overtime during the week, once fully trained. + **_Currently have limited openings across other shift times but may be able to hire for the following shifts._** + 6:00pm - 4:00am (Monday - Thursday) + 3:00pm - 11:00pm ( Monday - Friday) + 11:00pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday) **Additional Information:** + This is a Direct Placement position! + This position does require minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED + We are currently hiring for January 2025! **Compensation Information:** + This is for an hourly production position the hourly pay starts at $19.48/hr + The Salary Range listed is based on the annual salary for the pay rate range. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40500.00 - $45000.00 Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Plan PTO (Vacation/Sick) Holiday Pay Annual Pay Increase **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Hampton,VA. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Dec 23, 2024. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
