Job Description: Are you skilled in mechanical assembly and looking for an exciting opportunity?
Join our team as a Production Technician, where you'll be responsible for:
Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand and power tools.Final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles (drones).Testing and troubleshooting subassemblies and final assemblies.Collaborating with Production Technicians and Engineering to improve assembly processes and documentation.Working with manufacturing engineers to enhance assembly efficiency, and product quality, and reduce costs.Ensuring work order protocols are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.Training other technicians on product assembly and established processes.Conducting in-process quality checks to maintain high standards.Following established procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.Performing other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience (1 year considered for strong candidates).High school diploma or GED.Proficiency with hand tools such as crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, and air tools.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Basic computer operation skills.Join a dynamic team where your skills in mechanical assembly will contribute to the production of cutting-edge technology. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
