Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to supervise a team of production workers on our manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding cost, quality, delivery, and safety goals. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using Six Sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position. Additional responsibilities include workforce planning and forecasting, managing production goals, and ensuring timely delivery.

Work Environment

Our medium-sized manufacturing company specializes in plastics and packaging equipment, supporting various industries including foam products, plastic packaging, corrugated boxes, and custom fabrication products. We employ around 100 people, with 50 on the day shift and 22 on the 2nd shift. We are looking to build up the 2nd shift. Openings are available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts, with the 2nd shift running from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
