Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description

Responsible for the daily processing of medical kits, working with the refurbished kit building stations or building new kits from scratch.

ResponsibilitiesManufacture new kits per work order/customer specifications.Disassemble, inspect, repair, and repack kits per work order.Handle tedious counting consecutively for the medical kits.Work in various departments including Inspection, Refurbishment, QA Packing, Shipping & Packing, and New Kits.Essential SkillsProduction and assembly experience.Data entry experience.Ability to work well with numbers and counting.Basic knowledge of computers to input orders or document progress.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.Detail-oriented with quality control experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong tenure in previous roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Shifts available: 1st shift (5:00 am - 3:30 pm Sunday to Thursday) and 2nd shift (5:00 am - 3:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday). Current employees average 55 hours, with top performers averaging 63-65 hours. The work environment features carpeted floors, is climate controlled, detail-oriented, and not fast-paced. The culture is great, friendly, and operates in a masked environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
