Melett Ltd, a Wabtec company, is seeking a Production Assembly Operative to join their busy production facility in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

 

The role involves assembling high precision components and building and balancing the CHRA element of a turbocharger. It is essential that you have had previous experience in a role requiring high quality output and possess a high level of manual dexterity. Previous experience of working in an engineering environment and assembling precision components would be preferable.  You need to have the right to work in the UK without restrictions or permits.

• 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 1pm Friday)

• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 27 after 5 years’ service and 28 after 10 years
