The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a willingness to learn. **Job Title:** Production Assistant - 3rd shift **Location:** Kentwood, MI **Pay Range:** $18 per hour **What's the Job?** + Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to floor personnel. + Supervises floor activity to ensure that work is being efficiently and properly completed. + Assists the supervisor in any way necessary to support the production effort. + Reports potential unsafe conditions to management. + Monitors the floor personnel in the absence of supervisory personnel. **What's Needed?** + Physically capable of performing all duties and functions involved in the job.
