Job Title: Production Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Assistant. This role involves a significant amount of heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs) of fabric onto a CNC cutting machine and managing different designs for each job. You will be required to lift rolls onto the table for 4-6 hours a day, potentially lifting up to 30 rolls during that period. Additionally, you will be responsible for pulling buckles, labeling, and ensuring the correct logo is applied per work order.

ResponsibilitiesLift and load fabric rolls (up to 40 lbs) onto a CNC cutting machine.Manage and pull different designs for each job.Pull buckles, label, and apply the correct logo per work order.Work closely with a team to ensure efficient production processes.Essential SkillsExperience in production, assembly, and industrial machine operations.Experience with pick and pack processes and quality control.2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in handling industrial machines.Attention to detail in quality control and assembly tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
