Job Description/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for duties related to distilling operations including but not limited to:
Material receiving
Mashing, fermenting, distilling, charcoal filtering
Barrel filling, barrel handling
Boiler operation
Forklift operation
Equipment maintenance (preventative and basic mechanical repairs) and cleaning.
Ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
Will work in other areas of the distillery as needed.
